Harib Al Kitani
Chief Executive Officer
Harib Al Kitani joined Oman LNG as CEO on 1st August, 2012. He comes with a rich experience and a strong background in the LNG business having first worked at Oman LNG as Deputy Manager, Marketing, in 1995. He soon became the company’s Marketing and Shipping Manager, strengthening its position in key markets of Korea and Japan and initiating Oman LNG’s cargo swapping and diversion with different parties in the global liquefied natural gas trade. Thus bringing more value to its shareholders. Al Kitani was later moved to Shell International in London, where for three years he worked in various positions including LNG Global Business Adviser and Manager of Suape project in Brazil. Prior to re-joining Oman LNG, he had held the position of President and CEO of Qalhat LNG since October 2004. There, he successfully led the company to become an internationally recognised brand with many achievements.
Amor Al Matani
Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer
Amor joined OLNG in 2002 as Deputy CEO. After graduating from Teesside University (UK; 1990) in Instrumentation and Control Engineer he joined Petroleum Development Oman in upstream operations and commissioning. In 1993 Amor moved to the Ministry of Health here he occupied a number of executive positions, including Deputy Director General for Administration and Finance at the Royal Hospital, Oman’s largest hospital for specialised medical care in Oman. He completed his MBA (Newcastle) in 1997 before being appointed Director General for Sur Industrial Estate in the Public Establishment of Industrial Estates (PEIE). Amor has a keen interest in education. He is a member on a number of university and technical colleges’ boards and chairman of the Board of Trustees for OLNG’s HAS school. He is also chairman of OLNG’s Tender Board.
Hafidh Al Harthy
Deputy CEO for Qalhat LNG & Financial Expert
In February 2016, Hafidh Al Harthy took over the position of ‘Deputy CEO for Qalhat LNG & Financial Expert’ at Oman LNG. He brings with him more than 38 years of experience much of which related to Oil and Gas Industry. He started his working career with a bank followed by the Airline spending more than 5 years between them. Thereafter he spent 20 years in Upstream Oil and Gas business working in all Finance functions, central and out posted units. He joined Oman LNG in 2002 and served as Finance Controller followed by a short stint as HR manager before moving to Qalhat LNG in 2005, as CFO and Secretary to the Board. In July 2012 he became Acting CEO for Qalhat LNG - bringing a wealth of experience across all spectrums of Business Activities and contributing to the company success in the energy global arena.
Raja Ahmed Murad
Chief Operating Officer 
Raja first joined Shell in 1989 in the Upstream business as a Facilities Engineer with Sarawak Shell Berhad (Malaysia). He has held various positions in the Upstream business with roles in Engineering (project, front-end, design and construction), Human Resources, Maintenance and Operations. In 2004, he moved to Downstream Manufacturing as the Managing Director of Shell Refining Company in Port Dickson before his appointment as Executive Vice President & GM Production/Maintenance - Saudi Aramco Shell Refinery Co (SASREF) in 2009. Prior to joining Shell he has also worked as a project engineer in Tenaga Nasional Berhad (Malaysia's National Electric Company) and Exxon Malaysia since his graduation in 1983.  His knowledge of the manufacturing industry, cultural and regional awareness, focus on local talent development and his passion for personal & process safety makes him an excellent asset for Oman LNG.
Ahmed Al Zakwany
Chief Financial Officer
Ahmed Al Zakwany is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom, coupled with the completion of the Executive Education from London Business School. He started his career in Oman's Ministry of Defence where he joined as a Junior Auditor before becoming the Chief Internal Auditor. In 2006, he moved to the private sector and joined Oman LNG as Chief Internal Auditor. He subsequently occupied a number of positions before being appointed as Chief Financial Officer in February 2016. Ahmed has over 25 years of experience covering Audit, Finance, Corporate Governance, Control Framework, and possess solid leadership, professional excellence, boosted by robust people management skills. His strong qualities both technically and professionally, enabled him to be appointed as the Oman LNG and Qalhat LNG Integration Director in 2013 ushering a new era of Oman's LNG industry. In 2014, Ahmed was awarded the "Best Finance Executive of the year 2014" by the CFO Strategies Forum for MENA. Ahmed is currently a Board Member of SMN Power Holding Company representing Qalhat LNG investment in the Company.  
Saif Al Harthy 
Chief Corporate Services and Investments
Saif Al Harthy holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Nottingham, UK. He started his carrier as a field Engineer at Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) where he obtained hands on experience with Oil & Gas production facilities. He then moved to the upstream gas production team within PDO and played an important role in the design and upgrade of major gas exporting facilities in central Oman. Saif also spent 3 years working as a senior Business Planner for the PDO Gas Directorate before joining Qalhat LNG in 2006. In Qalhat LNG, Saif covered a range of responsibilities including managing the technical interface with Oman LNG, developing IT systems, contracts & procurement and Equity Investments.
Mohammed Al Naseeb
Chief Marketing Officer
An Engineering graduate from Salford University, Mohammed Al Naseeb joined Oman LNG in January 1997 to be part of the design and construction team of the LNG complex in Qalhat. He has occupied a number of positions within the Manufacturing department in the Complex, mainly in the Engineering department. Upon return from his cross posting assignment in Hazira, India, Mohammed took the position of Maintenance Manager and later became the Engineering Manager. As Engineering Manager, Mohammed was part of the team that executed plant shutdowns, maintenance activities and other major plant projects. In February 2016 he was appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer.
Mahmoud Al Balushi
Chief Commercial Officer
Mahmoud has a Higher National Diploma in Chemical and Process Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Process Operations. He started his career with Oman LNG in 1997 in the Operation Department. He was involved in all areas of operations including commissioning and start-up including loading of Oman LNG's very first LNG cargo. In 2006, Mahmoud was appointed as Production Planner, responsible for programming of the Annual Delivery Programme (ADP), where he looked after the feed gas supply profile with the Ministry of Oil and Gas and Petroleum Development Oman, plant shutdown schedule and international customers. Managing relations with different stakeholders and gaining significant skills in this area, shifted Mahmoud's careers to the commercial department in 2009 where he worked as a Senior Advisor. As part of the integration, Mahmoud was promoted as Senior Manager of Supply & Contracts, leading negotiations and discussions on Oman LNG's Gas Supply Agreement (GSA) and Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA). In addition, Mahmoud is also a member of Oman LNG's Employment Committee and Oman LNG Development Foundation's Sponsorship and Donation Committee.
 
Khalid Al Massan

Oman LNG Development Foundation
As part of the newly established Oman LNG Development Foundation,  Khalid Al Massan was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer. Khalid brings with him more than 30 years of diverse experience in various sectors of Oil and Gas Industry locally and globally. He started his working career with Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) back in 1987, where he served in a number of positions in both Finance and Human Resources functions at different seniority levels, for a period of 18 years, before he was cross posted in Shell EP Dubai as Global Business Support Manager (ME, Russia, CIS) for 3 years. His experience span over functional Finance, HR and CA roles of governance and integrity to outposts in Business Areas in support for business achievements, branding and growth. He joined Qalhat LNG in 2005 and served initially as Strategic Treasurer followed by Finance Controller for few months before moving to become the Vice President for Corporate Affairs. In November 2012, Khalid was appointed by the Board of Directors as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and Secretary to the Board. Khalid effective contribution and wide experience have been valued and shared at all levels of the business.
