Catering and Recreation Supervisor - Sur Based

 Main responsibilities

  1. To manage all aspects of the catering contract at in addition to 24hrs shutdown catering services maintenance tracking & follow up via Maintenance Engineering section.
  2. Provide professional grade catering for all official company functions and ceremonies i.e. Ministers, government officials & Oman LNG shareholders at Oman LNG plant .
  3. To supervise and attained premium industrial catering standards for Oman LNG plant
  4. To coordinate and implement and achieve successful food safety & hygiene, HSE, DNF and ISO audits
  5. To initialize and implement projects in line with the Oman LNG screening committee
  6. To initiate and implement commercial and technical evaluations for the related contracts
  7. To initiate and progress all contractual payment as per Oman LNG company policy and procedures
  8. To co-ordinate and raise HRMS related services Job request
  9. To supervise all HSE issues in addition to the regular health and safety inspections related to areas of services
  10. To supervise all shutdown requirements including 24 hrs shutdown services for the Oman LNG plant
  11. To fulfil all budgetary requirements for all related contracts and demonstrate cost effectiveness in all contracts
  12. To achieve all Omni-Safe closures with full incident reports and investigations
  13. To raise Mir's via company PACER system as and when items are required to run a smooth operation
  14. To achieve optimum levels of food safety and hygiene standards at all Oman LNG locations
  15. To develop and upgrade all contract scopes with area of concern, bidders prequalification, bidders technical evaluation and procurement submit ion forms, track related contracts for renewal & extension requirements

 Qualifications & Experience

  1. A degree in Catering Management and Industrial Food Safety and Hygiene Management  with 3 years of experience or HND with 5 years of experience.
  2. A high end IELTS level command of English written and spoken as well as Arabic.
  3. A mastery level  on  International Menu's and  Cuisines & Nutrition Management.
  4. HACCP & Professional body food safety and hygiene certificate.
